 With a degree in Civil Engineering from Javeriana University, a Master of Engineering from Texas A&M, and postgraduate courses in both Finance management and Executive Management, Daniel Jauregui has over 40 years of experience in both the private and public sectors of civil and energy infrastructure projects. He has worked as Project Manager and Developer of infrastructure, commercial and energy projects, including concept development, research, and financial planning. He is knowledgeable of and talented working with upcoming market opportunities to design new businesses and improve existing ones. Fluent in English and Spanish, he also has vast experience working with both American and Latin American cultures and backgrounds.

 Jamie has mined and sold industrial coal in the coal for three decades as President of Campbell Coal Company. Based in western Maryland, the company has surface operations and produces thermal and metallurgical coal for power plants, metals production, cement makers and paper production. 

Mr. Campbell mines, recovers, sells and trades industrial minerals including high-purity silica, metals and rare earth elements.

John has been in the Colombian mining sector for over 15 years as President of New Colombia Resources, Inc.  He controls premium metallurgical coal mining Concession Contracts in Guaduas, Cundinamarca in Central Colombia.  He has a vast network of contacts in the mining and natural resources sector of the Americas.  He is a former Registered Representative with the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD), who is also involved in the development of publicly traded companies listed in the United States.  He has experience in negotiating with investment bankers and institutional funders.  John is a Colombian American, fluent in English and Spanish, currently residing in the port city of Barranquilla, Colombia overseeing all Company coal quality and delivery, as well as port activities.
